Starting week 3 of Built and Bendy from @cbquality and already seeing some amazing results. As this program is lower body focused, I wanted to show some of the gains I’ve made thus far, with the intent of taking more in another couple of weeks to compare and show progress. I’m so excited to see results this quickly, and I love that my flexibility is increasing in tandem with my strength. Thanks for a kickass program!

I recommend this program to anyone who wants a gentler transition into stremgth training or even more proficient exercise enthusiasts who want to see their glutes grow and their quads tone. It is really a program for anyone because there is always a way to adjust according to your body and its needs.

I just wanted to say thank you for being such a wonderful inspiration, not just physically, but mentally and spiritually, as well. I pre-ordered the bendy program to do on days I’m not with my trainer. LOVE IT! My technique has improved, and the foam rolling tip about not doing IT band directly but rather the muscles around it has been a game changer. Totally worth the purchase!
