Mental Health & Therapy Resources

Many amazing resources exist, but I am happy to have a list if your travels around the internet find you here.

Finding a Therapist /

This can seem daunting, and it might take more time than you would like it to. When looking for a therapist you should be able to feel safe talking to this person, even when things become difficult (which they probably will.) You can ask as many questions as you like regarding style of therapy, if someone works with the issues or concerns you would like to work on, and other aspects such as billing and cancellation policies. Therapy is a collaborative, relational practice that is built on safety, compassion, curiosity, and holding space with a qualified and trained individual.
